Human Capital Solutions (HCS), a boutique consulting firm specializing in retained executive search, professional recruiting and professional coaching, recently announced the promotions of Lexington Pittman and Elly Cosgrove.

Pittman is now vice president of recruiting operations, and Cosgrove stepped into the role of managing director of brand leadership.

“HCS, our clients, and I are extremely grateful and excited to have Lexington and Elly continue to grow on our expanding team,” said Bo Burch, founder and CEO of Human Capital Solutions, in the release. “It is no coincidence that our firm has just completed two record years back-to-back. With Lexington leading operations and Elly leading our Marketing and Client Relationships, our firm is poised to drive more and more value for our clients and our stakeholders.”

Pittman will oversee all operational activities and offices nationally for HCS, continuously refining processes to increase the value proposition for each client.

Pittman continues to lead a team of recruiters and researchers and assists clients in identifying high-performing, accomplished and motivated candidates. She has played an integral role in building and maintaining relationships with the C-suite, department heads, external partners, and vendors regarding HCS’ continuous improvement platform and philosophy.

Pittman was previously the director of recruiting operations with HCS and began her career in the financial industry at PNC Bank as a human resources team member.

Pittman has experience with talent/ performance management practices, respectively coaching leaders through the corrective action process. The majority of her time at PNC was spent in the compensation department consulting business partners using market data to improve key performance objectives and internal and external equity challenges.

Pittman earned a BSBA in human resources from The Ohio State University.

As managing director of brand leadership, Cosgrove (pictured below) will lead and support all corporate social media, communications programs, and brand leadership efforts.

Cosgrove will also continue to lead and direct a team of researchers as a key member of the firm’s operations team. Cosgrove joined the HCS team in April of 2022 after spending two years with WECT.

She launched her career at CNBC in the cable business news channel’s highly competitive rotating News Associates Program. Cosgrove holds a bachelor’s degree in business journalism from Washington and Lee University.
